Nazia Ansari is an emerging interior designer with a background in neuroscience and a focus on how design shapes experience and well-being. She is currently completing her Master of Interior Design while building her practice, Ansari Design Studio, where she works across residential and small commercial projects.

As Emerging Professionals Chair, Nazia is passionate about supporting students and early-career designers through approachable programming, mentorship, and shared learning. Her interests include biophilic design, sensory experience, and thoughtful, research-informed approaches that connect people more deeply to the spaces they inhabit.
