Get Involved

ASID offers multiple opportunities to network with members, non-member designers & industry partners. Here are a few of the ways you can keep in touch.

Chapter Events
ASID Upstate NY/Canada East arranges and sponsors events each year that are of benefit to members. Our goals as a Chapter are to hold events under the following principles.

  1. Be the core of design network

  2. Expand knowledge

  3. Develop the Practice

  4. Create a performance – oriented organization

Keep up-to-date with future announcements for all events by checking our chapter website or our Facebook,  TwitterInstagram and Pinterest pages.

Volunteer
The Chapter needs volunteers to help run the programs and events for the membership. From small things, as in helping to sign in attendees for events, to helping secure IP members who want to present CEU programs, this offers a great opportunity for members to meet other members in a casual atmosphere and also helps to build the success of the Chapter. The Chapter would like to provide more local events and need your support to accomplish this goal.

If you are interested in working on events, contact our Chapter President, Lois MaCaulay.
